Hardware & Lumber Limited, the Jamaica-based building material maker reported revenue in the third-quarter ending in September increased 7.5% from a year ago to J$1.85 billion.
Net profit in the quarter tumbled 66.4% from a year ago to J$14.8 million or 18 cents per share compared to J$64.1 million or 79 cents per share.
Scotia Group Jamaica Limited, the Jamaica-based financial service provider reported interest income in the fourth-quarter ending in October slipped 2.5% from a year ago to J$7.64 billion.
Net profit in the quarter surged 42.7% from a year ago to J$3.91 billion or J$1.26 per share compared to J$2.74 billion or 72 cents per share.
